Nothing exactly. Good place for fresher who doesn't expect much salary with high work pressure and ok to use old technology.

Almost everything. High work pressure. Low salary. Old technology. Bad work environment.

Company engages legal cases toward employee. unethical salary practices to hold salary and not given at end. Delayed Payment after getting work from employees and clients. False promises and Fraud is their motto. HR is unresponsive and management are non technical with RIGID mentality. Instead doing freelance but not Join synapseindia.

Everything is bad in this company.

Dislikes

Salary is not given on time. No job security when apraisal cycle is come company is fired you. Company also posted his USA address in Google but it was fake. HR also is not good even company CEO and president is also involved in every project. If you did silly mistakes development releated some part from your salary is deducted. Please no one can join this company before joining think 100 times.

Non-technical individuals are placed in management positions. If you have good speaking skills, you can sustain yourself here and even have an enjoyable time.
