...ist to dislike this company, these are # No job security # High work pressure # no fair salary # Unnecessary deductions from salary on the name of medical facility, and which is not reflected by company in salary slip # employee does not have access to see their monthly salary slip ( HR give it only when someone is on resignation) # if some one leaves the company they handover a big list of it's competitors , where an employee cannot join # No work life balance, always make a situation for you to stay longer than office hours, but does not offer fair package as per market standard # No fair increment policies, this is the worst company, # Join it at your own risk

...et tea during winters, they asked me 1000 rupees per tea cup which i cannot pay. i get very less salary in this company so how company can ask for 1000 rs per cup tea from me. yes, i got my own coffee once in office, then peon snatched it from me and gave it to HR. Then HR drank my coffee that day. its horrible here. if you are planning to join this company, then hire one tea and coffee vendor of your own and keep him with you besides your seat. also they are asking to buy only branded tea of coffee i.e. from costa OR Barista and the cost of it is minimum 300 rupees. they have lot of money which they want their employees to spend in tea and coffee. they say that company will get dirty if they will serve tea and coffee. they have even terminated thousands of employees who ask for tea coffee. strange company it is.

Nothing to like and expect from Fraud company.

Dislikes

Company engages legal cases toward employee. unethical salary practices to hold salary and not given at end. Delayed Payment after getting work from employees and clients. False promises and Fraud is their motto. HR is unresponsive and management are non technical with RIGID mentality. Instead doing freelance but not Join synapseindia.

Dislikes

Salary is not given on time. No job security when apraisal cycle is come company is fired you. Company also posted his USA address in Google but it was fake. HR also is not good even company CEO and president is also involved in every project. If you did silly mistakes development releated some part from your salary is deducted. Please no one can join this company before joining think 100 times.
