...eanuts. The documentation work is pathetic. You won't get any documents on time. No salary slips are provided. There is no work life balance. They employers play a nice politics within the organization. Hereafter if you still wish t experience it, you can join.

...ng is not given, instead you are asked to learn everything from other employees. No public holidays given, asked to work on weekends too without extra pay, working hours extended everyday without compensation. You are required to take on multiple tasks which is out of your job description, as they lack resources. They have had people fired (during covid when people were already going through tough times) and refused to pay them for months on ends. They have a contract of one year which has utterly vague statements on the basis on which they claim irrational things. No regard/concern whatsoever for any employee's mental health - many employees have left the organisation for the same reason, whom the the owners of the company claim to have "fired". This is the worst place anyone could be at.

They provide the salary on the 15th of the next months. Means 15 days late. No involvement in any work. They never get satisfied. I had finished all my work till the last day of Aug'20. Now its Oct'20 and they have not released my salary yet. Because they wanted the reports at the 4rth sept which i had completed and provided already. Even March'20 salary is pending. My financial condition was very poor and mummy was admitted due to which I had requested to release my salary. But They have done nothing.

They take a blank check as a security and if you discontinue for a week too..they will submit in bank and check bounce case will be filed to you.veey terrible place to work..you can balance your personal and professional life..

Overall the Company is good, The Culture of the company is well maintained by its leaders, Especially Abhishek Sir and Sachin Sir, overall from a Learning perspective it is very good to Learn, Upskill, and grow.

Dislikes

The formal Appraisal process is always delayed, because of the HR Team's procrastination and laziness. Internal politics because of the HR team's dominancy is very toxic, the Leaders seriously need to work on their Human resources team.
