Compensation is bad. Promises for good appraisal are never kept. They find some excuse or other to reduce it, even if you do good work. Bond period is of 3 years and amount is 10 lakhs. They ask for your passport and other documents as collateral. Do not give your experience letters if you leave in between bond period. No work life balance. No limitation in work hours, manager will expect you to be on call at all hours of the day, every day of the week.

Learning at client location(it's depend on team at client) Once contract over at client, they try for several clients to push you.

Compensation is less They promises for good appraisal but never met No interaction with manager, only once at appraisal time For freshers, they push into client without basic IT knowledge 3 months notice period

If you love your career and don't want to ruin it. Then look for somewhere else. The authorities of this organisation doesn't not bother about their employees career. They just think about their own interest. If they found a better candidate then you. Then goodbye.

Most unfair company, no proper communication from start from HR or manager, doesn't have clients, laid off the employees or threatened to terminate within a couple of days, no cab service for employees who stay far away. Only good for top management protected inspite of any recession.

Relaxed work environment. Overseas managers were very helpful.

Dislikes

There are not many negetives to list out. One advice is that although the work environment is relaxed they closely monitor the performance.
