There is no job security, worst and cheap mentality management, not even a single star this company deserves. All ur original documents will be taken and u have sign a bond. If u break bond, management demands 1L rupees.

Dislikes

Not a single employee benefits. You have to work for 12-14 hours a day for very low salary. Not even a single penny extra is given for over time. Working here is like a high school. U can't look either side or talk to others while working. Bucket team leads and tech managers. U'll be terminated during hike every year and management hires freshers for low salary and the cycle continues. Please don't spoil ur life by joining this cheap mentality company

Teammates: I got well support from team members. Security: If you are doing good then, definitely you will be secured. Career growth: Career growth is good only. Travel: No comments. Politics:I haven't seen politics in this organisation Learning: As checker (because I know only about checking department) you can learn things. Work environment: It's superb in giving quality. Innovative, Work-life balance: I haven't seen such good experience between work & life.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
