The seniors act like company employees are off roll employees and say things like we will hold your salary if the target is not met etc which is very unprofessional and not a good behaviour for such a bing brand

Salary will come on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but salary amount 40% will rotation for travelling expenses - that amount will come after 1 month with 10 % less due to the App. Additional 10% will loose from your pocket due to TA & DA policies.

Company has a vision to grow, and hence too many work opportunities come on the way Company recognizes a teams or individuals efforts

Dislikes

Management leadership is not skilled enough to handle a team. Though there are ample work opportunities, the team at lower level is not not given enough exposure even though they are the key custodians for the project HR policies are the worst i have seen in 10 years of working life, and the rules can change without being informed. Strict timings, no flexibility, work work and no enjoyment, cannot step out of premises, no flexibility given even for genuine concers, keeps an eye on ones personal life also - feels like back to school days.

No job security Micromanagement with tracker No increment due RSM politics Unfair policies for field people Unnecessary deduction in your expenses ,still you were fair.. Low Quality Product.. No responsibility from management ..if customer go to the consumer court.. And so on.....!!!
