Absolute rubbish organisation that I have ever worked at.

...their employees. I have preferred being unemployed for months than working here. They will hire you with very low salary and say that they will give the incentives in every 3-6 months. Still, if you are willing to join this company just asked them to give the proof of the incentives that they have given. All of the employees that have joined with me(even prior to me) have left to organisation and were forced to resign. Even all the senior management have left the company because they didn't get any incentives for like 2-3 years.

...stival holidays , no holiday on Sankrant and only 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday . If you take leave they will cut your salary and decrease it as well both. Person with more than 3 years of experience gets very less salary , no increment, no incentives

Company foster a culture of Collaboration, support and learning, which makes it a great place to start your career. Also, all of the managers, senior management and promoters are very supportive and helps you whenever you require any help. Work life balance, as mostly it is work from home. I would definitely advice my friends to join.

Salary is bit low as per market standards, but good for learning especially for freshers.

...oyee. Manager are arrogant.i will not suggest any one to join with this company. As a feedback for this organization i had a very very bad experience just for a month salary management and manager give such a ridiculous excuses. They dont give any leave in starting they said timeing is 9 to 6 but but actually time is 8 to 10 and whole day they calling you again and again they mentally torture the employee. There is no hospitality in this organization. They hold salary of employee with no reasons. They don't have any client and repeat the profile again & again its a target based company in a day you give minimum 5 submission after that you logout. They don't even provide lunch time.

Almost everything, Very less salary , much below the market. Manager without any managerial skill. They are more of a third class guys who abuse females working there. There are no roles and no clients. They torcher you everyday. No future in this firm .
