Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

About salary..every consultancy drags on that matter. Career growth was not that visible. Environment here means your own self indeed. Work life balance..you cannot do because pf extended working hours.

Dislikes

Late issue of salary. More working hours. Pressure or work load. As well as the questionnaire if you take leaves.

Nothing, worst management, big liars, there is no separate payroll team, they will lie to your face

Dislikes

The manager is Fake, wont show their face, wont even mention their full name, there is NO Holiday even on National Holidays, wont issue pay slips, DONOT join the organization
