1)Those who struggle have no value. 2) Salary is given to those who can't work but not given to those who can work 3) There are no HR policies..

...comfortable for the politics they perform. Every hierarchy needs a comfort zone. If you want to grow in career and enough salary ,then this is not a place. Only office seems desirable to stay. Not the people inside.

Symbiosis technologies (average) no transport facility no cultural activities no sports last but not last u wall hard work but hikes is not properly

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. And also Food facility is there.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Not satisfied with that salaries and also less hikes. When we late because of submission work there is no transportation facility from office side.
