...o security of job, local culture is good but not much freedom to do work freely. On time salary but no other benifits or perks from company

No freedom, can't work on new ideas, just follow the leadership with random decision making. Double responsibility with zero authority.

The working environment is very negative. It is a money Making Place for Majumdar Family. The quality of students is poor so is the quality of the faculty. Spoiled students come from Rich Families to get a degree not get an education. Lot of meetings without any proper agenda. VC does not have any power many times he gets insulted by Swati Majumdar in front of Junior Employees. Overall a full-tension place. An educated faculty can not work there and hence attrition rate is very high.
