Worst management in my decade years of working tenure. They consider employee like hard core labour. People average staying time is not max then 3 months especially if they are directors of school because they need to interact directly with the top management.

The only thing good about the job is getting to teach students and learn the courses you want to learn.

Pathetic management, Head HR doesn't have basic Ethical values, the management lacks courtesy to speak to professors in a professional way. Faculty are treated like labourers and asked to spam 1000s of list of admission candidates. Please be ready to work on Sunday as symbiosis skills and professional University has no work ethic.

Nothing to say.

Dislikes

The organization appears to be caught in a cycle of corporate politics and favoritism, overshadowing its potential for growth and excellence. Leadership that thrives on ego and superficial decisions, such as firing employees without addressing the root issues, undermines the trust and morale of its workforce. While policies like NDA agreements might temporarily suppress dissent, they cannot conceal deeper problems such as mismanagement and unethical practices. An effective leader recognizes that enabling a culture of harassment and manipulation only damages the institution's reputation and disrupts careers. True leadership lies in transparency, accountability, and fostering an environment where employees can thrive without fear of coercion or undue pressure. It is crucial for organizations to prioritize ethical practices and support the growth of their people if they aim to succeed in the long run. For those considering joining, tread carefully and ensure your career aspirations align with the organization's culture and values. Choose workplaces that invest in people and nurture potential rather than stifling it.

While the organization has potential and certain strengths, it is crucial to address the underlying challenges affecting its work environment. A significant concern is the prevalence of internal politics, which undermines professional growth and collaboration. Some senior staff members reportedly engage in unprofessional behavior, including creating false narratives to damage others' reputations and influencing decisions unfairly. The absence of a structured management system further exacerbates the issue, as decisions often lack transparency and impartiality. Additionally, there is a need for accountability and better time management among senior staff, as neglecting responsibilities and engaging in blame games can negatively impact overall productivity. Providing employees with a fair platform to clarify issues and ensuring a positive, supportive workplace culture are essential for fostering trust and loyalty within the organization. To retain ambitious and dedicated professionals, it is recommended that the organization prioritize creating a healthy, merit-based environment, free from politics and bias. Investing in transparent processes, team-building initiatives, and a fair grievance redressal mechanism will not only enhance employee satisfaction but also contribute to the organization's long-term success. Would like to add, pathetic seniors who are always insecure for there own survival and completing webseries episodes in working hours and wasting entire day especially admission team there blame games never ends about some respected faculties. Admission team don't have any respect for faculties or anyone else they think they run the organisation.
