Lot of exploitation. They don't acknowledge anybody's efforts put in. Anonymous rules created. Apply the rules only on some people. They appoint for one role but ask to do multiple roles. I was the best performer, but they appoint subordinates based on their personal favourtism and exploit best performer. Marathi culture for marathi employees, marathi people are not employee, non-marathis are treated like pure employee. Non-marathis are workers.
