... helpful as well as TL is so much conscious about their team which is so good Rest managers and some people with good power on their hand always speaks about to cut salary or about to leave a job even after good results just because employees are not having personal contact with them means they'll get treated on how they favor manager not on their performance only TL ma'am is good and other employees. Experience is not applicable in other companies

Worst . No job security, no permanent job.

Everything is bad. Mgmt, decisions, no fix employee policies. No fix policies, no written policies of company. No official sharing, you will get to know policies from other employees only. Dnt play with ur carrier if you have experience more than 5 years. Waste of time.regret..

The peer team is good.. They are helpful

They are playing with lives of people, they recruit ppl n with in a month or two they say you may don't have to continue from next day n you are fired with out any reason.. They don't even bother to know how a person has made effort to join n trying to learn new culture.
