The company is channel partner of seimens in India.It has two branches in India(Bangalore & Navi Mumbai).it is open to innovation and adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 15-24 hours straight on a day with hard work load to completion.also, there is no on -job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. The company makes a switchboard . I learn the concept of the electrical equipment and various type of test fallow on switch board.

symatic is the organisation where Electrical engineers can learn about HT & LT switchgears. switchgear designing, assembling, testing, installation & commissioning all together is the part of Symatic. I just love Symatic because of it I am at very best carrier level in short period of time.
