It's been a year working with Sydler Technologies and I can surely say that I have learnt so much which has boosted my confidence in my field. I am very happy with the type of work I am getting. Thanks to the HR team for conducting different events to cheer us up and putting efforts in celebrating every festival at the office.

There's tea and microwave available at office but there should a small cafeteria for employees.

Overall experience is good so far. Great place to work in terms of new learning, challenges. If you are capable enough and you have belief on your skills then company will surely recognize.

Have microwave and high tea but requires a small Cafeteria.

I would prefer for any new comer in sap,sydler is the best place to grow,learn along with companies growth.As well there is no limitation to learn and seek knowledge,Always I have seen a best management who will help you and lift you whenever there is a need.

Apart from regular work ,I feel if there is some certification courses are introduced it would be an motivating factor to any employee for there personal growth.

Management has no control and no ambition. They lie about project wins and are extremely deceiving company

Dislikes

No hope with the company. It cannot enhance skills as they don't want to spend on any developments. Infrastructure is incapable of handling people and network. No data security.
