If you are able to survive in this company, then you can survive in any company

Dislikes

...rible experience in sybels, No skills and knowledge development in this company. Salary shedule is not fixed, salary happens after 22 or 25th date of every month means almost one month late . Week off and working hours also not fixed, week off and working hours is depend upon owners mood, emloyee are only two people. Working time told by owner every day morning by sms.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
