I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...ve joined Happiestminds from Syban. Horrible exp. in which i have in this time. No support ad salary wont come on time i got my salary on 10th of Feb. The way they treat employees like donkey . My suggestion is not go and join in this company

Lots of faveratism not professional behaviour there r 2directors.. Inbetween then lots of politics

Worst company, worst CEO, they will not pay salaries at right time they dint gave my salary for last month while leaving the company. No growth worst company don't join it will harm your future. Heavy politics in company. Company HR is too worst.

Dislikes

They won't pay salaries. Don't join this company. Worst environment. They will treat employees like slave no proper time management. They will ask you to extend your day till 8.30PM
