Being the First HR personnel, I have gained a lot of exposure in my 4 years of tenure. Also I have got an opportunity to formulate the HR Department to them. Expressing my gratitude in infinite to the Chairman and Directors who have supported me throughout my career and meantime rendering their consideration in every areas.

Of course there. But not that much significant and intolerable. Nothing is perfect in this world. Company has accepted my weakness and vice versa.

Likes

Payment of salary is prompt, and the salary is higher than in other private concerns.

Dislikes

Hard work timings with random punching in between. The youngest son of the owner was my boss, and he was very rude and never gave me any apprecoation for my work. He only wanted me to work like a dog, and did not respect my age. This company sucks, do not work for it!
