Dislikes

The company is having effective way of learning but lacks with our career growth and my management had never stood up for the correct method of work instead just made a new rule each day. Rest department and management were the best. Still i was happy to work and had a different and awesum experience.

Just one thing I would like about this job is anytime you can work but even then there are not much orders in afternoon

...m.... But unnecessary deductions.... No customer care... No Manger to report.... Also they told that they will refund the vaccine amount and pay for that day but even after multiple attempts they haven't given... They don't really care what delivery boy is dealing with... They just want is that you should delevr the order..... They will not care even if you are dying. 🥺

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Only thing i like about my company is that i don't have to report to anybody , i work as per my will.

To be honest, not really happy with company , sometimes gives wrong pay for orders, unnecessary deductions, blaming the rider even when it not their fault , no proper support given to riders , zero safety.
