Salary on time, 5 days working, good company culture. I heard now there is work from home which is good too. Well-paid holidays!

Dislikes

Rotational shift, pain in the a** if you are an unmarried guy. A lot of Night shifts will be put to you. No job security as they hire more and want to fire again. No proper facilities for night shift folks. No Weekend off and no continuous off.

1)Work culture is bad 2)Higher management grade 7& above are very unethical , create High work pressure & speak very bad language towords there journers 3) less empathy towords others 4) SWIGGY as compney is good but new management is very bad

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.

The management of this company is very good, salary is received on time and if there is any issue, it is resolved on a complaint.

If any customer files a wrong complaint, then at that time we do not have any option to tell whether this is a fake complaint due to which our complaint gets increased and the refund amount also increases.

On time salary, cab facilities, fun activities, learnings, leaves, etc overall my company is best place to work.. I am missing my company.

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.
