...*Internally they change roles as per thier wish( to a lower role, Not Higher) * Salary is very less * Forget Growth, Don't even get me started. There are people's working for 5 years still in same role that they have joined in. * Many More Note : I have worked in Swiggy as Onboarding Executive in Swiggy S&O so this review is solely based on respective team. I have heard Central Team Work Culture is good not sure about it.

Poor company culture and atmosphere. No planning for There are no benefits of any kind for lower level employees. Lower level employees get very little salary and a lot of work. There is only solace in the name of salary increase.

Salary structure. Culture No planning for future. No planning for lower level / ground level employees.

Salary is good. Always received on 1st day of every month. Enjoying gifties from swiggy.

Senior managers are not supportive. I'm on a contractual basis. They refused to renew my contract and not even informed me. When I complaint because my mail ID was blocked. Then my manager respond "did someone from HR team didn't contact you ?" I gave my 100% to the company and in return I received that message from my manager. Most tragic thing with me is, all this happened on January 2023, when everyone is celebrating new year and I get a gift from swiggy.

1) Leaves need to credited in terms of money if not taken. 2) Weekends should be considered as offs . 3) Over planning and less execution
