Less Salary for MIS Jobs. No Job Security. No Permanent Job. No On role. 3rd Party Pay roll, 6 months Job extensions. No Hikes, No Promotions. ( These are all for only MIS jobs) I don't know why? I think Swiggy HR'S is not considering MIS jobs or candidates seriously. Using and throwing kind of mentality.

Low salary, no career growth, no learning opportunities and skill development. Working as MIS analyst in any department is waste of time. The work is nothing but copy pasting the things.

1)Work culture is bad 2)Higher management grade 7& above are very unethical , create High work pressure & speak very bad language towords there journers 3) less empathy towords others 4) SWIGGY as compney is good but new management is very bad

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.
