Great extent of exposure, but compensation/ job-satisfaction was very poor. Could be leadership has great vision and mission but at city level it's all misinterpreted/ misguided or lost. The benefits are best fitted with HQ, and not extended to other tier 1 cities. Learning and development is at one's own hand, company does not participate in equipping you with the right skills to do your job.

Compensation/ job-satisfaction is very poor. Could be lack of leadership intervention and the vision / mission at city level everything is misinterpreted/ misguided or lost. The benefits are best shared with HQ, tier 1 cities await for company to look after its employees. Learning and employee development is at one's own hand, company does not participate in equipping you with the right skills to do your job. Career path / growth is lacking in the system, the company is running haywire when it comes to providing a functional solution to one's career. No growth except to enter into SALES, every other department is drafted to meet its end by choosing to outsource or HC reduction module. Hope many things change!

I don't like anything here, This organization should band in india as per company policy there is 5 day's working but management wat all employees should work 7 days 24*7 i have never seen this kind of behaviour in any organisation

No work balance need to available 14*7, very poor and worst organisation, no promotion and variable pay was mentioned on my offer letter but not provided to any employee

If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. Work life balance is good in this job role and the best thing is that there is cubicle-less culture which means your L1, L2 managers and even your city head work next to you and can be approached for any and all sorts of advices and discussions. Informal work environment. Weekends off. Good salary, better incentives. Good work life balance.

No job security hence I attrition ratio. Company doesn't consider profitability of restaurant partners, only itself. Hence some targets given to sales managers are harmful to the restaurants.

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.
