Maxx system is very very bad, maxx system bonus activated for less order pay and return pay, bull dogy person in management these days thats why leave work from swiggy

Just one thing I would like about this job is anytime you can work but even then there are not much orders in afternoon

...m.... But unnecessary deductions.... No customer care... No Manger to report.... Also they told that they will refund the vaccine amount and pay for that day but even after multiple attempts they haven't given... They don't really care what delivery boy is dealing with... They just want is that you should delevr the order..... They will not care even if you are dying. 🥺

Only thing i like about my company is that i don't have to report to anybody , i work as per my will.

To be honest, not really happy with company , sometimes gives wrong pay for orders, unnecessary deductions, blaming the rider even when it not their fault , no proper support given to riders , zero safety.

Good work environment. The salary are the best for the employees. They have cafeteria and gaming arcade fot chilling. And in 3 months there will be a team outing

Sometimes the team leaders would force u to bend u r back and and work for them till they get success
