Working as a manager it gives you strength and learnings of team handling work process. Its not only about work but also a respect to the post. As the company is newly opened and hope are high for getting promoted faster according to my peformance. Its the good company to work with to get a good experience on a E-Commerce + Food Sector which gives you a good knowledge of industries.

Dislikes

Accordingly the salary expected here is much lower than expected. Working for continous long shifts and late nights to get the work done, which doesnt ends on a time. We dont get appreciation from the time being. Everyone wants here to get there work done thats it. The salary promised and paying is variance.Dont get any kind of appreciation here. Just to come and get the work done for the shift you being there and get out. Sometimes working or learning from or by seniors doesnt workout good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and career growth is slow .

Amazing corporate culture. Great seniors and team members. Reimbursement of salary and mediclaim during Covid was amazing. Everyone got 6 months salary. Learnt a lot. Rules are strict but helps in the long run .

Dislikes

...kitchens during the pandemic. Despite closure, every staff was duly compensated. Salary , family mediclaim, learning opportunities, and job help everything was taken care of.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Overall company is very good about to take their employees company is very careful about his people means they are lots of spend money on their employees . company want to grow in market but due to this spread of virus that could not possible and by respective honours of the company Shree Harsha Reddy has to be closed all north s cloud kitchen .I love this company and my honours that I was a part of this company .

...ee to company on profit actually no one was not thinking about to grow company .just they are come to only for his salary and waste of time company .if I got opportunity to run a unit definitely I can see that unit in profit only in six months .I want said same things lots of time to my respective honours Mr.reddy but there no value of the shift manager .company did one mistake they gave too much salary to there employees either they have talent or not I am very disappointed to see this that they are taking too much salary to sit here only .I promise if I got opportunity definitely I give results but I this company who want do to work seniors is dislike to him and pressurised to him don't do this .so results is front of you very sad we have shut down all the units .very sad 😭
