Decent Work Life Balance ( i joined post working in a consulting firm, hence there maybe bias here and others may feel that WLB isn't good, depends on the team too) 4. Great Learning Opportunities- You will learn a lot and will have to up your game since you will be working with people from premier institutes 5. Decent Company Culture

1. You can be fired anytime owing to market conditions, Swiggy has seen 2 layoffs since it's inception 2. May have to work on weekends

Compensation is at highest level of industry Good quality projects and great learning experience

Too much politics lately in he company. All the amazing leadership have left the org and post that its very directionless work and only yes people are getting promotion

1)Work culture is bad 2)Higher management grade 7& above are very unethical , create High work pressure & speak very bad language towords there journers 3) less empathy towords others 4) SWIGGY as compney is good but new management is very bad

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.

The management of this company is very good, salary is received on time and if there is any issue, it is resolved on a complaint.

If any customer files a wrong complaint, then at that time we do not have any option to tell whether this is a fake complaint due to which our complaint gets increased and the refund amount also increases.
