There is nothing to like in this office except the fact that u get your salary on time if time slips are updated properly.

The work culture is terrible. I don't like at all the existing staff and associates don't treat you well

Boss is so supportive and makes you part of the team with very ease. She give preference to her team first. One of the best boss I've worked with. She will make sure to help you grow professionally along with her. Culture is very supportive and open for new suggestions.

great place for learning, but they keep on demotivating you. difficult to focus on work.

high level of politics, i do receive appreciation from client but they mostly go unnoticed, also the work pressure is very high .people in the office are more interested in personal life rather then work.

Basically, its Financial Inclusion and Auto Identity and Data Capture based projects across National level with multiple clients.

Dislikes

Expecting much scope to implement with new technology and groth of employee in terms market treand. Others seems good.

Actually, there was nothing which is appreciable. I guess the SWIFT is an OK paymaster and salary used to come on time.

Culture is the worst part of SWIFT. SWIFT is a cooperative society and not a company so it has an extremely laid back attitude. The people have been working there for more than 30 years and so the culture is that you can't afford to piss them off. Whatever they say, HR has to believe blindly. No zeal to work hard and get the things done, just wasting time in making connections with others and doing unnecessary meetings. At one point my manager's son was reporting to me. This is the first organization I have seen where they promote family members to work in the same department.
