Teammates were good. 100% job security. Good career, good salary but lots of political issues. I had very bad and worst experience of my life in accounts department. Better not to choose accounts department. One lady is there she is main culprit of these. And no further clarification done. What she says that is last the decision

no one can support in swift and that was bad experience with swift freight i pvt ltd and also i lost my job.

there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime.

It's a good company to work, good & supportive teammates make work more easy but working system & process is very slow they should implement user friendly software & easy to understand process so people from different & learn easily & can chose logistics as their career, job security for Sales team is risky depends on performance but yes some of the cases management do consider, yearly appraisal are not they grt salary is average, their is lots of politics in the middle & top level management, learning wise it's good monthly training programmes are conducted, working environment is okay , have lunch for all once in a month, they invite innovative ideas also, work & life balance is also okay but some of the departments don't enjoy personal life I feel like is worst all sit till late office timings are 10am to 6pm but Al sits till 8pm or something 10pm also so not good personal life is no where yaa but we get alternate Saturday off with all Sunday holiday

I Dislike salary & appraisal policy there should be work from home facilities & pick up & drop service with annual picnic

No not at all. Swift freight is a company were they doesn't care about the employee. They only see there profit. The company doesn't appreciate the employee but they disregard the employee. Very bad experience working in it.

No security of job. When they need you they will be good to you. And when they feel you are not required they will behave like anything..
