... 3 days and after 7 days they throw out almost 26 29 peoples and keep only 5 6 . And they do not pay to anyone whereas these peoples has contacted to almost 900 to 1000 leads by per person . These is just like scrutiny of leads from us . Don't ever join the company.

One of the worst company I have ever work with. They hire the candidates and the name of training make a candidates to work for 15 days after they fire without a pay. They didn't reply to the quaries. And they ask the employees to rate the aap with good rating and ask you relative do to the same. This is he they do.

Here there is no job security as they hire only freelancer teachers.Work culture is good ,management is good and supportive. Company policies are okay. Overall i like the team of swiflearn.com but for work and survival,it doesnot give job security which is very important.

No job security,very less compensation. We cannot rely on it for our needs.

It was good . I used to get salary in proper time.Good incentive structure.

There was a lot pf mental pressure as i had to meet the target. But at product was too good thats why selling was not as difficult as other. Although you should have the selling skill other wise you will fire with in 1 month. In that company those people was survived more than 2 months they were very good at revinue generation.

They used to give soo many training’s to us for our betterment. Have had celebrations of every type of days with dj nights. Everybody over here is soo helpful and friendly. Supply and operations team is always available to reply your mails on time. I have also learnt Vedic maths from here only. They also provide every type of rewards and recognition to the teachers or internal staff also gets that with beautiful certifications which is an add on to your career.
