Nothing to say about numeric....only for less salary ... people are going from numeric ... after some year's

1. one good thing is most of employees are youngsters between the age of 18-28. 2. You can use this company for learning purpose as a fresher for 1-6 months and after that try better company for career growth.

Dislikes

No salary/ stipend on time, no promotion/ appraisal , no growth, not easily accessible location. Most of employees not stay in the company for more than 1 month because of the micro level management and politics.

In my point of view it's totally service based company and also good relationship with customer... But carrier wise it is not secure....

The work is too high sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight ina day as I have to client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night..
