Salary is cut due to expenses, you will get better pay even if u join some call center and work there for more than an year or two. Worst work culture and you will end up again after many years of work as a fresher in your field

Good place to work, no issues with managers or Directors extremely supportive in terms of closing orders. Company has good reputation in the market and job security is very good.
