EVEN AT THE TIME OF JOINING HE TOLD THAT WE WILL GET PETROL AND MOBILE PAYMENT, BUT WE NEVER GET ANY PAYMENT FOR THAT. This is completely Lala company. There is no HR. Job security is 0 (zero). If any person is unemployed then he can plan to join this company. If you are already working somewhere then please do not join this company. If you join this company there is no security that you will complete your first day. It may be possible that you will receive your full and final amount at the end of the first or second day. Swastik Pipes wants that an employee to spend more than 12 hours in the company. In AmbitionBox there is no option to give rating in negative otherwise Swastik Pipes deserve -5 (minus five) star rating.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
