Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I am currently working on this company. There is so meny problems..for about work(They early told proving accounting work but left aur talk and proving documentation and stupid work not account work ,salary(They told early we have proving you every month almost 9% and reality is provided 2% increment ,leave every time told we are not afford employee leaves and leaves deduction also there ,weekhand it's boring thusday
