...es are good. The team is mostly women led- has its advantages and disadvantages. Salary mostly comes on time. Work is really good and impactful. They do projects that last many years which is helpful for the community. Pay is decent compared to its competitors. Has health insurance coverage.

Dislikes

There is toooooo much politics and drama. They don't take resignation positively and can make your life difficult. Swasti might hire u and depute u to other sister orgs- so u have to deal with that drama. Promotion and appraisals are never never on time.

On time salary and I like the management does not care about the executive level problems and middle level problem.. Only focus on the target and completion work with out quality work

Dislikes

There is no work plan, a lot of politics inside the office, salary hike is only for people for their favorite, no work culture, simply loading the work without knowing the measure of quality, error free and worst in the plan of work and no job security etc

Work envoriment is not good and not supporting teams in finance especially managers. They have 5 managers in finance in that only one manager is ok he is supportive. I don't recommend anyone to finance team. Horrible team.

Pathetic working condition. No job security. Behaviour of the owner is totally unprofessional, Only one thing you can learn from here is lots of slangs from your owner. Nothing positive here to expect.

I like Companie's work process management and culture, management people are very supportive that's all as i joined last week.
