Here you have to take your ownership for your job role and that is very great thing i have seen, through it we can be independent and can inspire others . my teammates work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

compensation is decent and growth is slow. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strength who work smart and hard . there is n internal politics.

It's a bogus company, they hire people,make them work for few months don't settle any claim expenses. Salary is subject to number of sales (commission base) and finally employee quits as it's better to start a new business and earn for himself rather than struggling for your own invested money.
