Diploma holder salary was very less. Even after 5 years of experience i was working there as a Junior associate engineer at the 15000 rupees/Month salary. All diploma holder was working there as a operator. Within same experience of they hire person from from another company they were come there as a AM or DM.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality, products , that has a global client base. The company is growing at rapid pace and achieving bigger targets on anual basis . As a result company is buying new machines and latest technology in market from japan , furthermore company is quality oreinted and as a result actively participate in six sigma, quality circle meets etc. Therefore we get to travel places like japan, china, taiwan etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Over times on sundays is normal routine of the company .Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times.

Swaraj plant 2 is giving us a good knowledge opportunities but salary is too low training and learning is awesome but in side of safety, work life balance and career growth is average

I dislike the work of management of swaraj they don't care about the employees only see production

Company sees for growth.Plans to increase production last 4 years it has gained a lot more than its capacity 180 tractors per day from 40-45 tractors per day in 2010-11.

Company has no good policies for lower management,no medical facilities,very very very bad salary hikes,.
