Swaraj plant 2 is giving us a good knowledge opportunities but salary is too low training and learning is awesome but in side of safety, work life balance and career growth is average

The Company growing under good leadership, having strong ethical values, top management is goal oriented. Result oriented employees have very bright scope in Mahindra & Mahindra

Compensation and growth become slow with respect to experience in this company. Work pressure is of course high to professionally managed company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality, products , that has a global client base. The company is growing at rapid pace and achieving bigger targets on anual basis . As a result company is buying new machines and latest technology in market from japan , furthermore company is quality oreinted and as a result actively participate in six sigma, quality circle meets etc. Therefore we get to travel places like japan, china, taiwan etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Over times on sundays is normal routine of the company .Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
