The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality, products , that has a global client base. The company is growing at rapid pace and achieving bigger targets on anual basis . As a result company is buying new machines and latest technology in market from japan , furthermore company is quality oreinted and as a result actively participate in six sigma, quality circle meets etc. Therefore we get to travel places like japan, china, taiwan etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Over times on sundays is normal routine of the company .Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times.

Car allowance, Timely salary, TA Da limits.

...have a clear or fair system to assess the skills and potential of its employees. As a result, only a few people get promoted or receive salary increases, while others are overlooked or ignored.

I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. It seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be a part of that.

1. Poor salary 2. Poor Work life Balance

...e job but for workers like DET & operational staff, not proper financial growth. Year on year, cost cutting is major issue in salary & benefits of these worker. Compony targeting sticktly by doing these activities so that permanent workers left.

As mention above, company not taking interest for finacial growth of lower level workers.

Healthy environment because the company situated in best location mohali, chandigarh

Culture against diploma and ITI is totally disgraced zero satisfaction in salary and other facilities and there is no career growth.
