working hour 8 hour including 12-12 tea time and 35m lunch time. they give salary in lockdown. innovative mind keep away from this company

union worker do nothing they put their workload on other Labour (non permanent) . wrost management. no (zero) chance you get permanent employment. company have different ISO certificates just for show off NO all standard follow by this company.

...company, it is not very much, everyone do his work properly and make easy money. About career growth, salary and appraisal is not very good for diploma holder but not so bad. Employees growth depends on his work, if he do continues good work, he have good increment in salary and good appraisal. About teammates, In Swaraj Engine limited 90% employees belong to punjab and Haryana . They are hard working people and always nice in nature. So in the end Swaraj Engine limited is very good company for working.👌👌

I would like to work in Swaraj Engine limited. But some time i feel career growth is slow and less opportunity. I think diploma holders also should have much opportunity and promotion according to their work.

Sel provided every facility to our employes like skill devlopment traning, good salary, a excellent working method schedule with teamworks, tour and travels facilities, employes works and life secqurities policies, etc.
