I'm working in Swaraj Engine limited as a Junior Engineer. And according to my experience Swaraj Engine Ltd is not only a workplace but also just like a learning institute of technology and management. At here you can learn about advance tooling, advance hightech vmc hmc working. Engine assembly, testing, etc. They also provide training to their employees to increase their morale, and job satisfaction and for increase their technical skills. Work environment is very good in Swaraj Engine limited. Mohali city is very clean and peaceful city and at here living environment also very good. About politics in the company, it is not very much, everyone do his work properly and make easy money. About career growth, salary and appraisal is not very good for diploma holder but not so bad. Employees growth depends on his work, if he do continues good work, he have good increment in salary and good appraisal. About teammates, In Swaraj Engine limited 90% employees belong to punjab and Haryana . They are hard working people and always nice in nature. I would like to work in Swaraj Engine limited. But some time i feel career growth is slow and less opportunity. I think diploma holders also should have much opportunity and promotion according to their work.

My work is challenging as i have to look after entire machine shop line. I manage crank case line operators and machines problem in shop floor. I always learn on my work place and try to improve line productivity and my self.
