working hour 8 hour including 12-12 tea time and 35m lunch time. they give salary in lockdown. innovative mind keep away from this company

union worker do nothing they put their workload on other Labour (non permanent) . wrost management. no (zero) chance you get permanent employment. company have different ISO certificates just for show off NO all standard follow by this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Sel provided every facility to our employes like skill devlopment traning, good salary, a excellent working method schedule with teamworks, tour and travels facilities, employes works and life secqurities policies, etc.
