It's a family run business where the rule is My way or The Highway. Interesting projects, exposure to government system

Dislikes

They need to develop a more supporting culture for capacity development and learning especially of field staff. Huge disconnect between field staff and head office. A comprehensive company culture where you feel a part of an organisation is missing.

Nothing at all. There is nothing good about working here.

Dislikes

The Organisation is being run like a family business. There are no HR policies as such and there's an HR for a namesake who isn't even professionally qualified to be one and doesn't even know his job. The organization grabs contracts by using their links in Administration. Has a very high attrition rate, won't be long before they might have to close down their shutters if they work like this.
