Organization management is not transparent, HR policies are very bad, no appraisals, Hike and promotion on time. No job security, work time and culture is not good.

There is HR system is very bad, due to this employee alwayz suffer for offer letter, salary, hike, appraisal ect. Career growth not guven, no skill development for personal growth. Short term project work so no guarantee for the job. senior management is not doesn't address issues of employees.

It's a family run business where the rule is My way or The Highway. The CEO is hardly present in the country, let alone oversee anything, hence lacks any sort of actual knowledge and understanding of the ground realities that is required for such Developmental projects. 1. Supportive Managers 2. Salaries come on time 3. Interesting projects

1. It is more of a Maa Beti Ki Dukaan instead of an organisation. The top officials act more like shopkeepers instead of CEO/Trustee. 2. Lack of processes, whether it is HR or Operations. It's the Supreme Leader's way to Highway 3. No job security: It's all about how better you can butter-up the Supreme duo.

Dislikes

They need to develop a more supporting culture for capacity development and learning especially of field staff. Huge disconnect between field staff and head office. A comprehensive company culture where you feel a part of an organisation is missing.
