New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The worst company I have seen ever , where the engineers are treated as labour's and don't have any rules any regulations for their company. Zero percent job security , in this company General manager, don't have common sense how to talk with engineers and labour's

GENERAL MANAGER don't have common sense how to talk with labour's and engineers , he don't respect anyone. I don't know y he is so rude with their employees.
