No time management. Hr policies are also not good. You get shifte allowance after salary. If you get some training they signed a bond for same. Even joining letter they mentioned if you got appraisal and then you resign you need give back whetever appraisal amount still date . Non disclosure agreement is signed on bond paper putting what not condition in the bond paper.

There is nothing to like in this company.

...ees are required to be present in the office for a minimum of 22 days per month. Failing this results in a deduction of ₹10,000 from their salary, which creates undue pressure. 2. Performance Bonus Criteria: The eligibility for performance bonuses is tied to an availability threshold of 255 days in the office. This is excessively high and discourages employees from taking much-needed breaks. 3. Lack of Uniformity: Policies are not applied uniformly. While some employees are exempted or have different terms, others are held to stricter standards, creating a sense of disparity and unfairness. These policies are detrimental to employee well-being and work-life balance. The pressure to meet attendance requirements and the inconsistency in policy application lead to frustration and could even result in burnout or depression. I would strongly advise against joining this organization under its current framework unless there is a commitment to revisiting and revising these policies to foster a healthier and more inclusive work environment.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing as specific. But one thing can be good change: Every now and then HR/Manager should connect with employees who are permanently deployed at client side to see the status of their moral. If they have any problem to discuss (personal or work related). If the employee needs some time off, if there is any pressure which he is countering. This helps to build a good relation between Company & Employee, makes employee feel that company looks after their own. Company can also speak with client on behalf of employee if needed.
