Seniors are very understanding & supportive. Even they schedule trainings which is the best part I liked. Overall all the team members are very good

No time management. Hr policies are also not good. You get shifte allowance after salary. If you get some training they signed a bond for same. Even joining letter they mentioned if you got appraisal and then you resign you need give back whetever appraisal amount still date . Non disclosure agreement is signed on bond paper putting what not condition in the bond paper.
