Some seniors will show their attitude, but principal sir is very nice, friendly behaviour with the articles..,

Some people are trying to dominate others andd work should be divided between people irrespective of seniors, juniors, otherwise always junior s get lack of chance to prove them andd update their skills andd senior who are going to left the office must train the junior atleast before 6 months of that senior leaving,.., main important thing is work, sooo work should be allocated to everyone, that work should not be repetitive nature, principal need to oversee that direction also, this leads to everyone has a chance excel in every aspect of work

Interesting, challenging work and being able to implement process-improvement ideas. Learning new roles, working with mentoring staffs.Love the organizational tasks, and the actual on-site experience.
