Encourage to do fake work, favourism by manager, manager not using their own mind ,using mind of their pet dogs, Manager not support on ground give support only favourite employee, manager not using his own Ear,Eyes,Brain he have some pet dogs in team and listen only there information. Manger is expert in tonting. Manger is give example of another manger work like him only before 3 month of KRA. These are the dislike

Compensation is good but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high .Community in kokan is slow adopter due to very low presence of youths on village. I am working 14 -15 hrs. daiĺy.
