New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Working culture is ok, but will get chance to learn more. For freshers it is best platform to learn work. Food and accommodation is free for engineers.

...don't give any offer letter / appointment letter. Company policies are nill. Salary will credit 15th to 20th of every month, some times it will be late. Salary will be fixed based on your performance after 1 month observation. West Bengal recommendation candidate's will get more salary, even they don't have knowledge and experience. PF rules are not followed as per government, above 30k salary both ER &EE share will be deducted from employee salary. 12hrs working duty, on Sunday up to afternoon 1:00 PM. You will face problems while leaving company, because they ordered you to give notice period 1 month. There so many to say, but i dont have time.

There have no job security, not good culture, management also is not good and they have no policies about employees

Dislikes

Yes I don't want to work again s v s projects because there DGM (Kode Saibabu) are not good, using many offensive language with there employees. And he didn't think before using offensive language.
