No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

There is no security for lady staff and they won't have proper system by resigning 3 months I got my experience letter

Every day demotivated by customer they use to scold daily for the work they did and they do lot of politics after living the place I need to withdraw my pf by 4 weeks am asking for approval their was no response from hr she told I vl do wen I vl get time and she oly told our company is like that .they will play with employees situation

It is a waste company in my career, someone they will be cheated and refer this company, I will be trusted that person finally they will be given a hand for me, I will be loss my career, my kind request pls don't join in that company.

They will be utilized very well at the time of work, they have lot of politics playing, finally you quit the company they have to ask for work experience certificate given at the time, they will be given for you work not satisfied mentioned specifically in experience letter. So finally your career will spoiled.
